What services does Upfit Homes provide?
We offer three main services:

Is there a fee for consultations or assessments?
Yes, we offer two assessment options:
- Virtual Assessment: $149
- In-Person Assessment: $249 (available within a 20-mile radius of one of our CAPS-designated colleagues).
All proceeds from these fees will be credited toward your project cost when you proceed with our services.
Do you specialize in aging-in-place solutions?
Yes, we have certified aging-in-place specialists with expertise in gerontology and home safety. We’re passionate about creating spaces that adapt to your needs over time.
Can you help with smaller home updates or just large remodels?
We’re happy to assist with projects of all sizes, from minor updates like installing grab bars to larger renovations like remodeling kitchens or bathrooms.
Do you also work on commercial buildings?
Yes! While Upfit primarily focuses on homeowners, we partner with licensed general contractors throughout the state to handle commercial upfits. Whether it’s office spaces, retail location, churches, or other commercial properties, we can provide customized solutions to meet your needs.
What are the time expectations for projects?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed timeline tailored to your specific needs and keep you informed at every step of the process.
